Quiche french style

 Fresh cream 200 ml

Eggs 3

Mixed french herbs

Zucchini

Bacon 

Or anything else

Make the pie crust - line with parchment, add the pie dough, pinch sides,  Poke the crust slightly before adding beads on parchment paper. bake the crust with ceramic beads. 

Bake 12 min with beads and another 10 min without the beads. Layer with zucchini and bacon. Beat 3 eggs with 200 ml fresh cream. Pour over and bake for 35 minutes. Let it rest in oven for 10 minutes.
