I usually go about my work often pre-occupied and silent. My classes are also generally very mechanically handled. Yogananda says that one must be a smile millionaire. So I consciouslydecided to smile more as I went about my every day activities. In the beginning it seemed a little awkward. But every time I smiled at someone I found that people around me were more joyful and more motivated.
I also felt happier this way.

I also felt happier this way.
O Silent Laughter — smile Thou through my soul. Let my soul smile through my heart. And let my heart smile through my eyes. O Prince of Smiles! Be Thou enthroned beneath the canopy of
my countenance, safe in the castle of my sincerity, where no rebel hypocrisy can lurk to destroy Thy presence in me.
my countenance, safe in the castle of my sincerity, where no rebel hypocrisy can lurk to destroy Thy presence in me.
Make me a smile‐millionaire, that I may scatter Thy rich smiles freely upon sad hearts everywhere!
