I am now experimenting with a new diet made popular by a doctor in Maharashtra. Apparently when you skip breakfast your body gets what is called an intermittent fast which could be from your dinner time to your lunch the next day.That would be about 15 to 17 hours of fasting.
The two meal diet accompanied by keto meals are great for getting in shape and combating diabetes.

I find that my resolve is better in the morning and so skipping breakfast is easy. Dinner is a little difficult in terms of fighting the craving for sweets and snacks.
I plan to try keto meals in a small way, starting with dinner. I think a good meal plan for a keto dinner would be:
1. Two bulls eye eggs
2. some cheese- cottage or normal
3. Milk with some protein powder
4. vegetables like capsicum, cabbage, mushroom, etc.
Let me see if it works......
